A little introduction for 38kV 13kN composite pin insulator
Normally for composite pin insulator, the system voltage is below 36kV, but one of our customer required the rated voltage is 38kV and the cantilever strength is 13kN, so we design the type of 38kV 13kN composite pin insulator for the customer.

Most of composite pin insulator, the bending load is 10kN, but this type composite insulator the failing load is 13kN. So when we design this type insulator we should choose the diameter of fibre glass reinforced core bigger than normal one.
