If we sell some insulators for abroad, we should package porcelain insulators in suitable boxes or wooden case. This article should tell about how to package the porcelain insulators?

Packaging the insulators includes major four steps and some others. They are
◆ Cable preparation
1. Measure the porcelain insulator
2. Fix cable and install post insulator or other types
3. Remove outer sheath
4. Wiping and soldering
5. Remove metallic sheath
6. Heat and straighten cable
7. Install insulation sealing sleeve
8. Install copper funnel and HS tube
9. Remove outer semi-conductor layer
10. Peel and sand insulation

◆ Stress cone installation
1. Make a mark for installation position
2. Clean insulation
3. Paste silicone grease
4. Install cold shrink stress cone
5. Wrap tapes and install heat shrink tube

◆ Bolt connection and sealing
1. Crimp connection bolt
2. Wrap tapes and install heat shrink tube

◆ Porcelain insulator installation and oil filing
1. Fix porcelain insulator
2. Fill insulation oil
3. Sealing on the top of termination
