Composite insulators classify:
We manufacture high voltage insulators from 10kv to 1000kv series composite insulator, also known as polymer insulators or silicone rubber insulators, which include composite suspension insulator, composite pin tie top insulator, composite line post insulator, composite station post insulators, polymer cross arm insulators, composite railway insulators and polymer line post insulators.

There are several ways of connecting of fitting for silicone rubber suspension insulator: ball & socket, clevis & tongue, Y- clevis. End fittings for composite insulators are hot dip galvanized. Dimension of socket and ball end fittings is according to IEC 60120.Different types of composite insulators are mainly distinguished by end fitting types. End fittings are crimped on the fiber glass rod, after silicone rubber vulcanizing, end fittings need twice crimp in order to get good mechanical strength.
